These lovely moments....!

This morning I couldn't resist to grab the camera quickly to get Emmy's image on film as she just looked adorable in her full swimming gear outfit, winter hat and Thomas the train roller bag heading for the door! I wonder sometimes what ggoes on in these wonderful little minds...

Babies I've never met... but really want to!!

Here we are in China and everyone is having a baby or had a baby which we've never met because we're so far away from all of you!!

Look at little Linnea who's just so adorable I can cry, and while Magnus has met her so many times now he lost count, I've NEVER met her! But I hear she's determined, happy and a wild one, just like her daddy, and cute as a button like mommy ofcourse!

Hey Linnea, one day you and I are going shopping and having our nails done... OK!

Big hugs from Aunti Lolo

Birthday girl!

So it feels a little special to celebrate my first birthday ever in China! 36 years old and happy as can be, I guess that's the best way to describe my life right now.

The picture is so depictive of Shanghai and China - the flag, the crane (something like 80% of the worlds' cranes are in Shanghai) and a little bit of the Shanghai skyline in the background. Magnus and I enjoyed a fantastic dinnner at the rooftop on M on the Bund downtown Shanghai. A perfect night!!

Wedding anniversary

Magnus and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary this year! 5 years filled with love, fun, hectic years with the kids and many crazy but fun changes, including our move to the other side of the world!

We spent the day and stayed overnight at Hotel 1 in Visby on Gotland having lots of fun at Kallis and a fantastic dinner at 50Kvadrat, voted best restaurant in Sweden in 2005. The food and the atmosphere was outstanding and we enjoyed the 10-course meal by chef Fredrik Malmstedt. And we got our traditionally signed menu by the chef too which we'll frame and hang on the wall with the other menus soon!

Lots of love to you my dear, forever!

Midsummer feast!

In the end of June, every man, woman and child in Sweden will be celebrating the Swedish Midsummer which is the most anticipated holiday of the whole year. The Midsummer tradition dates back to the pagans and is therefore celebrated in a somewhat premature way. The Swedes celebrate midsummer by eating raw fish, drinking copious amounts of vodka and dancing around a big phallus symbol while they pretend to be frogs... Well, we had great luck with the weather this year which is unusual for this particular festive moment and spent the day at Lovisa's parents farm 2 hours North of Stockholm. In great Nordstrom spirit everyone had to wear a hat during the dinner. Magnus got away with it and was OK with a flower in this hair instead!

Here are the pictures from the fun day! Midsummer party

Pregnant Beauties

I just love seeing pregnant women, they are so beautiful and so happy and glowing from miles away. Just take a look at Trish who's expecting twins, double glory! I couldn't be happier for her and Gabe and can't wait to see these little peanuts be born into this world!

To all my prego friends out there - keep glowing and lots of love to you!
